We begin at the beginning: your family of origin.

Each of us unconsciously carries the energy, pain and patterns of those who came before us. Perhaps you've already released so much and yet there is another layer waiting. That is simply because the light in your field keeps growing. What wasn't ready before is now ready to be seen and gently let go. In the first sessions, you'll be given space to land more deeply into who you truly are, free from what you once borrowed from your family system.

But this isn't only about letting go.

Because your family system also has something for you. A gift. A message. A strength that has been held in safekeeping, just for you. And you, simply through your presence, bring something back. That is the dance we will discover together.

Creative, playful and deeply transformative.

Each session is unique and I love working with creative elements that awaken our sense of play. During the third gathering, I'll ask you to have around 15 small objects nearby. This can be toys (Lego, Playmobil, little animals,…), crystals or things from nature (pebbles, an acorn, a flower, a twig...). Under gentle guidance, you'll use these to do a constellation and invite your most vibrant, peaceful and joyful place on earth to emerge.

In the final session, you make contact with the Earth herself.

Because she is waiting for you. The Earth grants you permission to be here fully and completely. She rejoices in your light, which is allowed to shine ever more brightly. This session includes a meditation and a channeling of what Mother Earth wishes to share with you.

This deeply transformative 30-minute session offers a unique blend of family constellations and quantum healing. You are invited to explore either your rightful place within your family of origin or to deepen your connection with the Earth and sense its invitation to you. Through this work, we gently uncover what is ready to be seen, felt and released, creating space for greater clarity, alignment and inner peace.

This self-guided series lets you explore at your own pace. There are no group sessions involved. You will receive eight guided meditations, each paired with creative drawing and writing exercises, helping you connect more deeply with yourself and your inner insights:

In the first two meditations, you’ll explore your relationship with your father and mother and make healing movements inspired by family constellations.

In the next two meditations, you’ll walk along your paternal and maternal ancestral line, sense the energies that are present and invite love and healing where needed.

In the following two meditation, you’ll connect with the divine father and divine mother energy to soften and heal your own wounds.

In the two final meditations, you’ll connect with your own masculine and feminine energy and discover how to welcome it more fully into your life. You will also gently introduce your feminine to your masculine side, allowing them to collaborate in a renewed sense of balance.

About Els Vanthuyne

In 1999, I completed my Master’s degree in Psychology in Ghent, Belgium, specializing in psychoanalysis. During those years, I was introduced to the core concepts that still shape my work today—transference, projection, repetition, systems thinking—and the essential therapeutic attitude: listening without judgment, not jumping to conclusions, staying present.

After my studies, I spent six months in Honduras in Central America doing volunteer work with children battling cancer. When I returned, I worked for four years supporting parents of children with behavioral challenges. Later, I spent seven years teaching group dynamics at Artevelde College in Ghent (University of Applied Sciences), where I taught future creative therapists.

What I felt was missing in my academic training, however, was the connection to the body. I didn’t want to just understand the theory—I wanted to feel it. To experience it. That shift came when I encountered family constellations for the first time at the age of 26. It was a revelation. Suddenly, Freud’s abstract ideas became real, tangible, and alive.

Two years later, I began training and by the time I was 30, I was leading monthly family constellation sessions. Since then, I’ve continued to deepen my practice through further training in trauma healing, grief processing, coaching, guided visualisation, hypnosis, intuitive perception, and sound healing.

My journey:

When I was 12, my father was diagnosed with a terminal illness. A heart transplant when I was 14 gave him another ten years, but sadly, those years were marked by gradual decline. My mother’s world revolved around her job, caring for him, and keeping the household running. There was little space left for me.

In order not to be an extra burden, I learned to help, support, and silence my own needs and emotions. I became the one who held it all together, while slowly losing touch with myself.

It’s been a long and meaningful journey to reconnect with who I am—learning to feel and respect my boundaries, letting go of the belief that my worth depends on being needed by others, and embracing a new sense of self where I come first. From mere survival to truly living and enjoying life.
I’ve now been married for more than 20 years, and together with my husband, we’ve had the joy of raising two beautiful indigo souls into young adulthood.

My mission is to encourage you to put yourself first—to listen to your own needs and dare to act on them. To support others not from a place of depletion or neediness (like seeking validation or a sense of worth), but from your own inner strength.
