You acknowledge and agree that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented in the live events, online events, videos, webinars, and programs are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to ITRI Empowerment LLC (and Moncef Afkir) and you agree not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from the materials in any manner whatsoever without the express written permission of ITRI Empowerment LLC and/or Moncef Afkir. Any unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited

ORDER AND RETURN / REFUND POLICIES

You will receive immediate access to the digital programs once you have made the purchase. You will receive an email with instructions. If for some reason the email gets lost in cyberspace and you do not receive email instructions immediately after your purchase, please contact support@yourdivineuniqueness.com and we will send you the instructions.

In some cases, the guest Speaker will deliver the program you purchased via email within 48 hours. In that case, you won't receive the program directly from us. You will be informed about this right after your purchase.

We are happy to offer a 30 day, no questions asked Money Back Guarantee to our valued customers to better help them discover if a product will work for them. However, in order to honor our speakers and their hard work we can only offer refund on one package for every customer per 90 days. Multiple refunds by same customer within 90 days will not be accepted. Packages that include individual sessions are not eligible for refund once the private session has been conducted. Note: There are a few exceptions to the refund policy. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the speaker’s product page.

All transactions for online purchases are processed in U.S. dollars.
